The performance testing of our CRDI injection pumps encompasses a range of criteria, including electrical characteristics, accuracy, tolerance to high and low temperatures, pressure resilience, leakage prevention, durability, and other operational conditions. Each CRDI injection pump undergoes these comprehensive tests before being dispatched to our customers, ensuring they meet our stringent quality standards.

Above are the tests needed to be done after the CRDI injection pump are finished producing. However, regular checking also very important to keep the CRDI injection pump perform well.

In order to make sure the CRDI injection pump works normally, there are some parts of CRDI injection pump needed to be checked regularly and before installing to CRDI injection pump.

① Check whether there is deformation, cracking, thread damage, quenching, leakage and rust in the guide sleeve, spring, gasket and tight cap of the CRDI injection pump. The tight cap of the CRDI injection pump must be replaced after being disassembled for more than 5 times, as shown in the following.

② Replace the tight cap of the CRDI injection pump and the copper gasket of the CRDI injection pump

③ Check whether the gap between the CRDI injection pump needle and the CRDI injection pump shell is within the standard range and whether it reaches the standard for use

④All parts should be examined for wear under a microscope at least 20 times larger

⑤ CRDI injection pump tight cap deformation, cracking, thread damage, quenching, leakage, will lead to black smoke vehicle cap, fuel CRDI injection pump damage.

⑥CRDI injection pump opening pressure greater than or less than the specified range may cause CRDI injection pump damage.
⑦ Failure to replace wearing parts in time during maintenance may lead to fuel CRDI injection pump damage.
